First off the lines on the baby's head are a tad course but you're very good ata your shading clearly and it shows. But you can bearly see the child's hand though which is a shame and where you trying to put the baby inside a womb? I'm just asking out of morbid curiosity because it looks more its leaning on a hanging bag, mainly since you've not tried to add the detail to it.

The male figure on the other hand stands out quite well and you should be proud of that.Overall the picture is good and you've clearly got some talent keep it up^^
